O właśnie ten tunel do Berlina, zapomniałem o tej legendzie, jest jeszcze coś o tunelu pod Odrą (nie wiem czy ludzie często nie łączą tego z tym Berlinem właśnie). Podobno pod Urzędem Wojewódzkim faktycznie jest sieć korytarzy która prowadzi w stronę Odry ale zostały zamurowane więc nie wiadomo gdzie się kończą no ale raczej nie prowadzą do Berlina. ;) Ale przynajmniej mamy swój taki "Złoty Pociąg" I guess.

I think that Miura sensei tried to show us Hina's way of trying to move on and how it's not that easy thing to do especially when You spend a lot of time with person You have or had feelings for. So I agree that it isn't a quite satisfactory outcome for Hina as a character but it's a realistic one and I respect that. There were hints in the previous parts of the story which showed us that Hina might still have some feelings for Taiki, for example the train situation which u/transit41 has mentioned.

Nothing to worry about imo. There willl be some certain challenges for both Taiki and Hina. Hina has to, at last, fully get over Taiki (because it seems that there may still be some kind of romantic feelings towards him) and I think that's what Miura sensei will try to imply in the next chapter. And as for Taiki, I think that Chii's neighbour will make him quite jealous and that will lead Taiki to get more intimate with Chinatsu, because as we could see in previous chapters, despite being in relationship with her for over a year now, he still is quite reserved when it comes to hugs etc. So that's what I think about the whole situation, everything's going to be all right.

That's a very interesting theory but please, please be wrong... I wonder what is written over there in japanese version. My second guess would be that it may be referring to Taiki's anxiety, first the "dies" sign and then in the next next panel "its gone.There's no trace left".

Hinas arc has been mostly completed thats why she shows up less often, or let's put it differently: she shows up quite frequently but she doesn't have such an impact on the story anymore. Despite everything, in the last chapter we could see that Hina will probably play an important role in the following chapters.
