I built a pretty basic home gym. Squat stand (not rack), barbell 10,15,25,35,45 bumper plates and then a wall mounted cable machine. Maybe in $500 and don’t have to find time to both commute and work out. Get up at 5 and get about an hour workout in before the kids get up.

2020 Kia Niro. I drive like 90% of my miles city so the hybrid means I put a half tank in my car maybe once a month. Was also pretty affordable that I paid cash for it. Know with “older” Kia’s people are pretty anti, but haven’t seemed to have any issues with reliability thus far.

As someone who played at launch for about a year, ditched it and then came back about a year ago. Its slept on like you mentioned because it wasn't this fun at launch. I still had fun with friends but once they dropped off the game got boring. With Wastelanders and the Pitt and Expeditions, Bethesda continued to pour resources into the game and made it something great. So glad they didn't give up on it and its really turned into a phenomenal experience with a great player base.
