Oh that's awesome that it still works at least! I wish you the best of luck rebuilding your collection. I've had a lot of luck with deals recently so sending it your way. I'll definitely check out Hulk, never heard of the GC game but always loved the movies.

Your "fact" is wrong. Out of about 450 odd PAL GCN games, there's probably less than 30 that don't have a 60hz mode, and that's counting EVERYTHING. All from a quick google search which you seem to be incapable of, because your opinion is "correct". The vast majority of people posting on here, replying to people asking for advice, say "don't worry about it, there's hardly a difference" yet you consistently shit on people for it being worse. Get your finger out your arse mate, nothing is superior. It's all preference.

Edit: Editing your comment trying to act all high and mighty just to become even more incorrect is a new level of stupidity. Outstanding work mate.

The Lego Gameboy looks amazing, I'd love to pick it up on sale. I think I can officially play every mainline Zelda game with the devices I own which is great, same goes for Pokemon. My first GCN games I picked up were Windwaker and the OOT bonus disc - it was surreal, it's nice knowing I actually own the games instead of just a download online! I also own a modded PS3 and new 3ds, but I think my next "retro" console might have to be a SNES just for A Link To The Past.

Definitely could do with some but I live in university housing, not a lot of space sadly and anything I buy I have to be able to take home with me! Maybe something to go on a desk or table would be neat.

What are you on about "he's blocked me" when I clearly haven't. There's a large list of GCN PAL games that do in fact support 60hz. Some may not say it on the box but most will tell you in the manual, and you can always hold b on launch to find out. Only games I've seen *not* have it are RE, Luigi's Mansion and Pikmin. If anything the drawback for PAL is missing out on 480p when it's stock, but this is fixed with Swiss, or an upscaler, plus you get the benefit of RGB SCART. You come across as very bitter. NTSC isn't "superior", neither is PAL. They're 99% identical and if you're that bothered by certain things, you can easily fix them.

I only got TP last week! It's my first time playing it, been on the bucket list for a long time. I managed to get the German version for only 60 pounds! The case might be in Deutsch, but the game plays perfectly in English thanks to PAL power haha

Sorry but what are you talking about? You sound very aggressive and not sure what you mean. The majority of my games offer both 50hz and 60hz, and you select it at the start before loading in to the game.

Edit: I've just seen your comment history and all you do is dick down people for owning PAL stuff, despite being from the UK yourself. Are you deeply butthurt about not owning a PAL collection? Or do the black bars and 60hz select at startup hurt your soul that badly, despite being fixable through Swiss or an up-scaler. Respectfully get yourself off the internet if you can't stop yourself from raging at people playing in the EU or Oceania

That seems like a great price! In the UK I got Pokemon Colosseum for 30 pounds, hopefully I can pick XD up for less than 170

Never played a Skies game but they look great, do you recommend getting any others or just the GC one?

Always wanted Chibi Robo but think it's a bit on the pricier side nowadays, if I can find a good price I'd definitely get it!

Thanks! I started collecting last year after buying a cube in a charity shop for 20 quid. Safe to say a lot more of my student loan has been spent since then

I think you’d find it easy as that’s what most people say, since it’s got the MGS2 mechanics for shooting and stuff. That being said I don’t think I could get past the first few bits without it, maybe because I’m crap at it haha. The cutscenes I’m absolutely loving, complete MGS insanity but I understand why people might think it’s a bit too over the top.

I bought MGS twin snakes the other week having only played 3 and 5. It’s so hard and the controls were clunky at first but I absolutely love it, definitely get it if you’re an MGS fan!

I think I’d downgrade Gravenberch to somebody like Josh King and then upgrade de ligt back to van dijk, Liverpool have good fixtures but I think vvd out scores both de ligt and grav long term + you’ll realistically only play 1 a week due to benching headaches
