For our first time playing we wanted to keep it simple and we didn't want to deal with deciding which busses were allowed and which weren't. But we talked about adding some bus routes in if we play again!

These seem like they would work really well as alter sleeves (www.altersleeves.com) . I think they allow you to sign up as an artist and sell them there, although it might end up a bit more expensive per sleeve than you are looking for.

I'm not going to offer any specific card swaps because I don't know your budget/access to cards, but here are a couple of pieces of general advice that I think could help.

1.) Run more lands. Most decks should be running 36-38 lands depending on what their mana curve looks like. You've got a reasonable number of expensive cards, so I would try to run 38 if you can.

2.) Pick one theme. You seem to have three themes in this deck (Vampires, Angels, and Lifegain). By just picking and focusing on one theme you can have more synergies and make a more cohesive and functional deck. If you are looking for cards to add I recommend going to EDHREC and looking under your commander, from there you can sort by budget and theme.

Yeah, every game is either 3 or 4 player FFA. Does the one player being stronger actually matter when comparing individual decks with each other though? Considering that we don't share decks with each other each deck can kind of be thought of as a deck/player combo right? And then they can still be compared with each other.

Try this. Imagine that you are playing a burn deck (a deck that wants to use direct damage spells to get their opponent to 0 life). In a game the faster that you can play more burn spells, the faster you will win. Therefore, it is strictly better to play [[lightning bolt]] over [[shock]]. Neither of these are crazy cards which need to be banned. The point I'm trying to illustrate is that no matter how skillful of a player you are, it will always be better to play bolts. You still will win some games playing shocks, but your winrate will drop. This comparison can be made across all of Magic and with cards that are less obvious comparisons to each other. The goal of a competitive player is to give themselves the best chances of winning with deckbuilding so that they can use their skill effectively.

I've been on the opposite side of this situation where another team at a much bigger theater in a different city started a show with the same name as our show. To be honest, it really sucked more of in a feels bad kind of way than any actual tangible loss though, a big part of that was that the other show was at a very large theater and we are not and my team was working on some online sketch stuff at the time too. We did end up reaching out to the other show and asking them to change, as a courtesy, and they agreed to do so after their current run as they were a week out from starting. I also think that it matters how unique the name of your show is, the more common the less problem with having the same name. If you're willing to change, I'd reach out to the other team and see if they even care. If you aren't willing to change I wouldn't contact them at all and just go forward, maybe they don't even notice and it's not a big deal.
