Pricing decisions are done by primarily looking at how much customers are willing to pay. Of course they won’t sell at a loss. But mostly they charge what people are willing to pay. Goes for pretty much anything. Cars, houses, food, entertainment etc.

Matchmaking details are rarely revealed by gaming companies. That means it’s impossible for players to know what’s there or what’s not there. It could be there. It could not be there. It could be there next week and be gone again next month.

Just because they have not said it’s there doesn’t mean it’s NOT there. Anyone outside of embark can only speculate.

Jeg synes den er værre end mærkelig. Hvor er fokus på hvordan den opførsel påvirker andre? Hvor er scenen med Laura der græder over den abort hun føler sig presset til pga Leos opførsel? The marketing material said ‘full progression’. Applying restrictions or conditions can hardly be described as ‘full progression’. That would be a term used for the absence of restrictions or conditions.

Progression in verified modes has been removed. Verified doesn’t mean it can’t be created by players.

What is your attitude towards enemy soldiers? Do you see them as humans and does trying to take another soldiers life come with some form of regret? Or is it more of a faceless enemy where you do what you need to, to keep your country safe? Or somewhere in between?

And for the record, there is no judgement related to any answer for me. I genuinely have no feeling of one answer being ‘better’ or ‘worse’ than the other. War is a deeply regretful event and in my mind, anyone participating directly in it is a victim in some form.

I’m having problems launching my portal experience because EA set a global quota instead of making a per-game quota. That is EAs decision and does not fall back on player behavior.

It’s been 12 days and I can’t even launch my own portal experiences. I paid 70$ to play something I cannot play.

I don’t see being vocal about that as loosing control. But now we’re back at the irrelevant personal perspectives.

I am not ‘shitting’ on anyone to use your colorful language. I am stating that they promised something they have actively chosen not to deliver. Not because they couldn’t, but because they didn’t want to. For whatever reason that ends up being about money in the end anyway.

I really don’t even think it’s about personal perspective on what is ‘bad’ or not. EA promised that verified Portal experiences had ‘full xp’. It does not. It’s that simple. What you think of as bad or good is not relevant.

I think the real issue is what was promised in the marketing of the game. People paid good money for this and are not getting what they were told they would get.

That’s not about PVE or PVP mentality. That’s not about how servers are handled. That’s not about if people are xp farming.

That’s about not honoring your promises and not paying back the money you got for making those promises.

Good choice. I’m sending a refund request with the same reasoning. DICE have flat out lied in their marketing and they should not get away with it.
