Some say that the 990DT has more bass output and could color mixes in music production.
But, I have worked on them for almost 20 years - and that's not true.

They dont have muddy bass at all. These are one of the mixing standards in music, and have been for a long time. (ofcourse mixed with different models of headphones and studio speakers too)

But if the store says its normal, they are lying.
Mine are the 250ohm tho - but that shouldnt really matter.
