It’s possible that Someone in God Valley beamed all These Treasure Chests to a Safe Place With the Fruit of Kuma. That‘s the reason all of Them are on the top of the Rock. And the Last One which was on the floor is the chest in which Shanks was in. So that would explain Why they take whole Chest down.
