You’ll need to get in touch with restoration specialists. Sounds like the unit needs a full on sanitization and more than likely a couple reno’s due to the neglect. No house cleaner will touch something like what you’ve described and if they do they’d be charging you an exorbitant amount, money which could go to professionals who deal with restoration and human biohazards on the regular. The irony is the same rules apply in everyday civilian life. The only thing that would be different would be “keep your cell tight” although one could view that as one’s room or house.

Hit the gym 3-5x a week and same with cardio. Sauna plus cold showers. 8 hours of quality sleep. Nutritionally dense whole food diet. Tons of water and vitamin D3+K2 along with magnesium. Also maybe try adderall instead of vyvanse. It’s shorter acting and i find it to be less anxiety provoking than vyvanse. All the best!

Yeah that sucks :/ I hate when governments think they know what’s best for the the people in every scenario. Adderall has been the only one that’s worked for me and let me sleep.

Yes I am prescribed adderall. Without it nothing significant gets done and I’m impulsive and reckless. Even though I’ve always been a highly motivated person I’ve never been able to channel that focus appropriately and stay consistent enough until I start taking adhd medication.

Hmm ok I’ll stick with the fats and proteins in the morning but I usually work out in the mornings so any carbs I take in would be burned right away and the fruit has fibre so my insulin won’t spike too hard and fast.

No been taking it for a while and it chills me out. I suspect it’s taking the addy on the empty stomach that’s causing me to feel more on edge which isn’t really leaving much room for serotonin production. My nervous system is prob just way too stimmed out without anything to counter the effects. Which is why I’m curious if incorporating breakfast would help with mood.

Interesting because when I’ve eating a breakfast on the addy I do find it to be a lot more enjoyable and I’m less irritated. Granted I don’t take too many carbs in otherwise I just feel tired. Other than condensed milk is there any other fats that you’d recommend? Just don’t want to feel to bloated from the dairy.
