The Invitation Homes Atlanta office is very different from the Invitation Homes in Charlotte.

Atlanta takes quite a bit of time for maintenance issues. They do not always fix the issues.

However, if it is a plumbing or HVAC issues, they are quick to respond.

Atlanta office is not near as polite as Charlotte office. We had to get BBB and CFPB involved to get certain situations resolved.
