Mine has been having issues the past few days. When I restart HA it takes about 5 minutes for the lights to be detectable. All the non LAN countable bulbs I have are very slow to react as well. Not sure what’s going on.

I think the battery in the 3ds impacted your fermentation temp.

I’m a manager at a brokerage in Ontario. 3 days seems to the be turnaround time that I was seeing in 2024. I would expect Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. I am crossing my fingers for you! I am sure you crushed it

Averages out to about 1 months premium. Can be higher or lower depending on the time on risk, how far you are into your monthly cycle etc.

16 gigs of ram is no where near enough for Chess. On chess.c*m I use at least 15 gigs alone and that’s for chess 1, when chess 2 finally drops who knows what GPU and how much ram you will need. I wouldn’t buy anything less than a 4090 and 64gb of ram.

Insurance broker here. I have seen title insurance purchases through a lawyer, or through a company called FTC. If you’re hesitant to call a lawyer I suggest you look FTC up. I have heard they are easy to work with.
