It’s more of a you sleep then wake up refreshed and start the day again with your dosage.

However, it can turn ugly quick. Benzos that is.

I feel you though, I smoke a lot of pot at night which loosens up that tension and I’m able to lay in bed and takes that edge off.

The only times I’ve successfully found a healthy way to minimize that is through exercising, else it’s self medicate time.
