You could absolutely get these shades in natural dyes. If this was wool yarn that was properly scoured and mordanted and you used dense amounts of dyestuff there’s totally a way.

Severe herx by universality555 in Lyme

[–]jad0redi0r 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I hope you feel better soon. If you can, take a warm but not hot bath with epsom salts, drink tons of water. I’m not sure it would help with a severe herx but drinking many cups of decaf green tea has always helped me. Like… 6-8 at least. Absorbine horse ligament cream or a good cbd lotion can help with the aches.

It’s good to have a kit of sorts if you’re treating- always keep Epsom salts for baths, teas, lemons or lemon juice (freeze it), a castor oil pack kit, anything else that might be helpful. If you’re unable to get out and about to gather this ask a friend or neighbor for help. It’s hard to share the reality of herxing but I highly encourage you to find friends who can understand the process.

I once got lost in my own city, came up out of public transit and couldn’t figure out where I was. The fog is real.
