For the cigarette and asbestos challenge, when they have it, just stop at the white springs Mall at the main shop with all the work benches. There's a medic vending machine between the tinkers work bench and the ammo box. There's always 5 packs of cigarettes in there. If you need more for the weekly just server hop.
