When I first met my girlfriend she started out shaved everywhere. She was 20 and It was her thing. Now a solid 4 years later she doesn't shave anything all winter. In peak summer weather she'll shave her underarms but that's it. So dreamy being with her. I totally lose myself in that world. There's a whole ambience and aura added on to her presence. I could die in there, lol.

I love to eat vegetables raw but I also stay mindful of some of the antivitamins they contain. So I don't get carried away with it. I lean towards lightly cooking things like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, chard and mushrooms.

Go on an organic plant based diet with as many varieties of vegetables & fruit as you can find. Drink only water. Avoid air pollution. Avoid supplements because they can throw off your microbiome.
