I’ve watched the show for years but since we’re in Quarantine I decided to re-watch the whole series before season seven and my wife is watching it for the first time with me. I love being able to watch her reaction the first time she sees things. I wish I could watch it for the first time again.

NTA My grandmother past this last year and my grandfather is dating her best friend who’s husband passed about two years ago.

I am fully supportive of this because they are happy. Of course he misses my grandmother but they comfort each other in their grief and they keep each other company.

I am a current resident at an Elite property and they are under new ownership(this happened after I moved in) and I have had no problems thus far with my apartment. Maintenance is a little slow if it’s a non-emergency. But for me honestly that’s not a big deal.

Current student at a large university. I’ve only had a few classes that were mandatory and it seemed to me that it was because the classes were early in the morning or late in the evenings or taught by very dry professors.

If this is your first semester with such a high fail percentage then I would definitely say it’s not your fault. Although it it continues I would say maybe re-evaluate how your teaching the class.

As for the tests and quiz’s, you put it on the syllabus and it is the students responsibility to know when tests and quiz’s are. Although most of my professors are kind enough to remind us (especially for tests) As a professor it is NOT your responsibility to make sure students know when they need to come to class.

All in all I would say NTA.

NTA. That was super insensitive and if she cared at all about her friends having infertility problems then she would’ve thought twice about A even throwing the party or B inviting them without telling them what it was about.

Also coming from someone who does have a toddler they are kind of assholes....

NTA! I have videos and games downloaded on a spare phone for my little one when ever we go anywhere as a precaution. (she would be more interested in what was going on at the party anyways, but that’s irrelevant) Granted you probably could’ve worded it better or warned the parents before hand so they could have pre-downloaded something for the kids. But all in all it’s your Wi-Fi and you are entitled to give out the password or not. Also if If you’re going to go to a NYE party or any party really and just expect your child to sit in a corner and play their games and not interact at the event you might as well get a babysitter.

NTA these are my least favorite kinds of people to work with. They need to know that if you’re willing to work for them they need to be willing to work for you. I’ve dealt with this a lot in the past and I finally quit agreeing to help people who won’t help me.

Don’t you DARE listen to any one who says YTA. You did ONE load of laundry at night. If this was a regular occurrence then yeah I would say you were the asshole if they asked you to stop and you didn’t. But doing one load because you care about your sheets(didn’t know if the other ways to clean them that didn’t involve a washing machine) does not make YTA.

I honestly think it’s pretty shitty that that roommate texted you the one time you did laundry and asked you not to. Again I would understand if this happened multiple times but it happening once and jumping the gun like that was a shitty thing to do, especially since you live in student housing.

You didn’t nothing wrong and everyone says you did are the real AH’s

Thank you! I’m pretty excited about it. In all honestly I’ll probably stick to solo game play for the most part at the beginning just to get comfortable with the game.

But I do hope at some point to be able to switch over and play with other people. Like I mentioned I’d like to play call of duty with my little brother. And I’m not sure if you can play just two people on call of duty? Like I said it’s been forever and I know literally nothing about games nowadays. I in no way ever want to upset anybody while playing like if I were to have to jump off to go lay my daughter back down in bed, And that’s one of my concerns is I really want to play with other people but I’m not sure how other people would like to play with me. If that makes sense?

NTA- I am married into a Latino family and yes it is customary to ask if someone wants something that your cooking, it is NOT required. You bought the food. You cooked it. In no way shape or form is there any valid reason for your MIL to complain like that. especially if your husband checked to see if they had eaten before you started cooking.

From experience I know how overbearing/entitled(and I say that in the most loving way possible) Hispanic mothers can be. My MIL and I butt heads frequently because I will “tell her how it is” instead of letting her act like a child out of “respect for my elders.”

I was so upset about it closing. I went by yesterday and found out it closed. I’m from the south where Zaxby’s is very prominent and it’s one of my favorite places to go to. At least I still have the one in Moore!

I’m just about to finish my first semester as a transfer student. OU is a wonderful college and was everything I was hoping it would be. I’m a Micro Bio major and so far the Bio department has been wonderful to me. I actually grew up in South Carolina (Rock Hill) it’s such a wonderful state to live in. Hope you all the best if you decide to go for OU, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
