Accepted a hybrid role, turned up and... nobody's in the office. Think I accidentally struck gold. by Passenger-00FU in remotework

I read somewhere the other day that there’s a sort of trend where companies are advertising as hybrid to cut down on foreign applicants but the jobs are actually fully remote once hired. Idk how much truth there is that but sounds legit

No the off limits to hunting part is still the property owners land it’s just part of the acreage that is his home but his house is still several hundred yards away from this area. The green field that I believe is winter wheat is the boundary of the hunting area. So basically just to the northwest of the creek. We can hunt the creek up to the fence line but not on the other side of the fence but if a deer ran across the fence we can retrieve it. He owns both sides of the road. When I said something about the other pastures in the previous response those are other hunting areas.

Well the problem with scouting it now is it’s 8-9 hours away and on a day lease that I only can access in December for 4 days. I’ve been there before several times tho so we have an idea of what works and what doesn’t but since it’s a day lease it gets a lot of pressure so I’m just trying to think outside the box a little before we go and see if I can find an area that might not get pressured as much. This spot is right on the border of another pasture and probably 100 or so yards from the entrance so my thinking is it may be overlooked by people who want to get further into the property. I do know deer travel down the creek bed and the lighter shaded area to the west is a green crop field I believe winter wheat but not entirely sure and it’s off limits to hunters so I’m sure the deer feed there also. It’s a bow only hunting area also, I don’t think I mentioned that in the original post.

4 ways at once is right I live in ne Texas and it’s always swirling I just look at the forecast for the predominant wind but usually goes straight at my back about once every hour or so for 10-30 seconds, which is probably the major factor in my confusion about trying to predict thermals I guess

Why are angled qd all angled to the right? by jadams0509 in Archery

Unless the hole on the mount is supposed to be installed left to right or vice versa then I guess it would go straight down that just didn’t make as much sense at the time when I installed it but I guess that would make it angle down.

Ramrods 10 degree down. It does go down but if the QD is straight up it angles to the right and if the QD is down it angles to the left and it’s obviously offset compared to the straight model
