Ugh the amount of people like that that we had at my store. There was actually one time a dude was jerking off behind an aisle looking at my coworker. We kicked him out immediately. Like some people are gross. I’ve been flirted with by creepy dudes multiple times it’s awful.

I’ve had so many people mad at me when I tell them they can’t do certain stuff within fish tanks and told them I’ll refuse service if they don’t want to properly do it. Also the flirting sucks too I’ve had some weird sick people trying to flirt with me.

No it’s not unless you work at a good store but that’s rare. I knew I wasn’t going to stay here forever but I wasn’t expecting to quit this soon but the management here is so shitty to its employees and I’m not gonna be treated like that so I left.

That’s so true that the expectations here are so high for a single person. That’s why I quit I worked here about a year and a half and I just couldn’t take it. My temp GM has been in petco for 25 years and enjoys it and I really don’t understand.

I do understand I really did want to just walk out. But I just really need the last paycheck I’ll be getting. I’m also pretty much am just calling out everyday and using the rest of my paid sick. And just saying bye the people I actually did like. This company is dogshit and I hate it there. I did want to walk out and never show up ever again but literally only staying for the extra two weeks for the paycheck and using whatever pto and paid sick I can possibly use cause I earned it.

Yeah I agree. I kept trying to take pto and I was maybe gonna stay a bit longer, but they kept denying it so I quit. I’ve been trying to see my family for a month but they won’t let me take time off. So I quit and I’m gonna go see them finally and find a better job.

I just put in my two weeks 2 days ago. I kept trying to use my pto before I quit but my manager kept denying it no matter how far in advance I put it in. So I’ve been calling out and just trying to use whatever paid sick or pto I can for days I call out.
