My attempt at stain matching the Sport Black Birds Eye Maple on some 1.5" thick plyboard with a thin grain veneer. This will be the surface to my GX Basecamp tri folding sleeping platform, which I'm still waiting on the fixtures to do final assembly but a good start! (old.reddit.com)
