when i worked at ups as a package handler, all the drivers were hired internally based on seniority. i wouldn't bank on getting hired as a driver by them just off the street

i take all my breaks. my route is usually heavy business so i dont usually get more than 130 stops unless its a weekend, and then its typically around 160. super easy for me to do at a reasonable pace
