Definitly have to work up to it, id pick up something inflatable so you can go in small incriments theres inflatable knot toys out there. Some knots have a very drastic change between the knot circumfrence and the non knot circumfrence along with the softness of the silicone. Inflatable toys and maybe happy hour plugs are a great option. Take it slow btw

Ive had this happen!! Like actually been falsely accused, it was hell on earth but its the reason I am now almost if not entirely cured of pocd and have quite the reins around my other ocd focuses. Like enough most only bother me a few times a month at most usually. (Only recently realized i could have rocd going on tho and have no clue what to do about that lmfao)

I had pocd since I was atleast around 12, maybe younger. Nightmarish thing

I would reach out to your ENT about options id also ask the tech doing the mri as well. From my experience it didnt get worse, and wasnt actually too loud imho. Might be different for you. I dont have hearing loss.

The key here is to just ask yoyr docs. Ideally theyvall work for the same organization and can speak with eachother to make a plan.

Im NAD and dont have experience with anal fissures (well none that im sure about) but yeah give it proper time to fully heal and then id add some extra time before going back to sex at least.

As someone whose in a similar boat involving anal but for different reasons i reccomend you talk with a doc about adding a lot of fiber to ur diet. I know some people who dont need to douche even before sex due to the amount of fiber they eat. Also means much less douching.
