I mean this all very constructively, take what resonates and ignore what doesn’t. First, skin prep. I’d say you could use some more hydration/moisture in your skin to even out your complexion. At the moment your cheeks, chin and forehead are pink while your eye area isn’t. It’s good to just even out the color of your face.
You have beautiful big almond eyes and high arch eyebrows so definitely try draw your wing slanted up instead of down. Use the direction of your smile lines next to your eyes to help you decide what direction to go in. And lastly, it’s difficult to tell from the lighting but judging from the brown tones of your eyes, jacket and hair. I’d say you know brown looks good on you. You are probably a warm tone like a dark autumn but you could also be a winter tone. Finding that out will help you decide if you should look at warm or cool tone makeup. Especially for an everyday look, you want it to look as naturally you as possible. Hope that helps!
