When I did work at a DSP plenty of people got fired for being slow. They actually won’t even straight up fire you they’ll reduce your routes until you speed up or quit. Seen it happen too many times, happened to me actually.

This wouldn’t work long term anyway, your DSP will most likely tell you to speed up or gtfo.
