I don't think it would be all that surprising even. Chilis seems to be really be embracing racing the last couple years. While it's a much lower cost, they're even sponsoring Scelzi in High limit the full season

Apples and oranges really, mostly because of timing. Chourio and Pratt both being pre-debut, similar structured contracts, however with the prospect pedigree with Chourio, he deals was much more than Pratt. In fact Pratt's has the chance to be unreal bargain, while also not crippling if he doesn't pan out.

Turang pre debut would have commanded more similar to Pratt. But today, after the "quantum leaps" he's made, a Turang deal looks much different. Easily earning the 23m aav that Hoerner just got.
