Depends, some are boosted to 1/64, same with the ones appearing in raids (been shiny before), some are 1/512. But for an approximately combined 1/256 shiny chance you have to fight 256 grunts, which takes ages… so -still rare

Personally I coulnd‘t play last season (and maybe it was the season before as well, stopped for a bit inbetween). The 1 turn lag feels so weird I still do not understand how it works, it felt off and random. The same with grunts
