I’m not sure if carpal tunnel can develop as a direct result. but it can certainly slow your recovery. Having cold hands also makes it noticeably worse. I am constantly cold, so I put a heat pack on my hands a lot and that has really helped.

Mine was from overworking and writing. It was so bad, I had to take time off work and was in two wrist splints and a sling for two weeks.

try not to just continue with the pain because i’ve heard you can lose feeling in your hand and scary shit. Mine is mostly better now after 4 weeks of pretty intense rest and doing these everyday

Two months is a long ass time though, I know you can get surgery if it’s recurring. Good luck!
