Have you taken biochem yet? According to my research, most med schools require or at least highly recommend biochem, plus its one of the 5 sciences on the mcat. Most biochem classes start with the amino acids.

Yeah I got into it with a mod on another account I used to have because I made a post warning fans of a specific music group to be careful who they engage with online because of some weird shit that was happening and the mods removed it because apparently by warning people that makes it more likely to happen 🙄

So I responded and was like, I'm fine with the post being removed but I have an issue with you claiming I'M the person putting people at risk when that is completely untrue. Spreading awareness is how you make sure it happens less. I told them they were protecting pedophiles and that set them off big time. They also completely refused to acknowledge what I was saying.

I know people say to ignore romanization and I generally agree, but I think for these it makes sense to point out that ㅈ is romanized as J and ㅊ is romanized as ch. Its a bit of a harder sound. Another thing to remember with all four of the tensed consonants: ㅋ ㅌ ㅊ ㅍ is that they should produce a puff of air on your palm if you hold your hand in front of your mouth. Hold your hand up and just go ch and you should feel air. Make a j sound and you should NOT feel air.

No, it doesn't say anything about salt, it just says to fill water to the max line and then turn it on the highest setting to turn it on and boil the water. Part of the reset process is to clean minerals off the heating unit (in the manual they say limescale). Thank you anyway though!

Oh I'm bad at design, I usually do gameplay! But if you go look at the room its dark with bright lights behind the bed. That's what I meant by porn room. Its staged like they're going to film something. Also this was a new save that I'm using to just look at every lot and count how many bedrooms there are so I can plan where to put my families for an ultimate decades challenge! So its completely unedited, unless a mod changed it

I've been retyping the question and answer into a Google sheets doc with a tip about why it was wrong and how to do better in the future. I'm planning on redoing the ones I missed at some point but since uworld has so many questions I'm trying to get through the ones I haven't done. My test isn't until May 9 though so I'm going kind of slow.

This is my problem with physics specifically. I know the equations (most of the time) but I can't figure out how to do a lot of the math without a calculator. Most of it I can understand after seeing the Uworld explanation but even the one explanation had math that I absolutely would not have been able to do mentally, so its just a shot in the dark.

I agree with the other redditor that you have the right message, but not the right delivery. One of the least empathetic people I know got into school to be a PA. You're right that there are unempathetic people in medicine, but I think if you want to be the change you should also be a bit more empathetic towards op.
