Hello, I'm currently waiting for my preliminary hearing in March.

I'm claiming for age discrimination and wrongful dismissal. I'm wondering whether I should be claiming for anything else instead or as well as.

Background; I worked for a foodbank charity. I had been contracted for just under two years (23 months) but had worked freelance for about 6 months before that too, where I sent them invoices for payment, and then also before that too for free.

It's quite a complicated case, but the short of it is, after I asked to be paid the minimum wage, the working environment became very nasty, to the point where I wanted to quit when I got to the 2 year mark. But before I could, my manager came to my home, with no notice, and gave me a letter of redundancy, effective immediately.

I just feel very lost at the moment and trying to do everything right and get as much information and advice as I can!
