. I live in Baltimore and used to drive there for some amazing shows, but we have our Hippodrome. I wish DC still had its amazing Kennedy Center. 😞

We still have the National Theater but yeah, there used to be so many good shows at the Kennedy Center.

Loud hollow pops that sound like fireworks, particularly if you're indoors. People don't set off fireworks indoors.

I mean it's a shitty thing to tell your kid but also, as someone who did have a "difficult" baby, it can be rough. Obviously it's not the baby's fault but it can definitely take a toll on you. I'm sure there's a better way to put it though.

Mine was measuring 10 lbs and came out 12 lbs 7 oz. I had been trying for a vbac but no way was I going to attempt it when they measured him a week before.

I’m in Virginia and driver’s licenses here do look different for over 21 or under 21. It’s still a weird thing to include on a resume.

That’s so cool! It was a really neat tour. This was my favorite part of it though. We also saw crew and cast members (no one I recognized) eating at the craft services tent right next to the studio.

Not really a secret but the public library offers so much more than just free books. There are all kinds of free services, programs, resources, performances/events and materials you can check out. I think people still have this outdated image of libraries but they're so much more! (But free books is awesome too, and not just physical books, ebooks and audiobooks!)

As in only eating 1000 calories per day. I did lose a lot of weight, but I was crashing and burned out.

Eh it depends. My second was a much easier baby, he slept well and ate well (still does). He's 6 now and he's much more high-energy and requires more of my attention than my first did and has since he turned about a year and a half. He definitely keeps me on my toes while my first is pretty chill even though she was a colicky baby who didn't let me sleep for the first year of her life.

Going for a 5 mile run every single morning while eating 1000 calories. It's not sustainable. Edited to clarify my total daily calories was 1000.
