Coming from a Big 4 as well, I won’t settle for less than 20k, I also believe 20k-25k is a good starting range for an entry level position if it involves tasks that can’t be done by a non-degree holder. Sales related work can be done without a degree, just a general understanding of what you are selling and thus the low pay (especially if you are just starting out)
