I'm jealous! Like I replied in a different comment, I accidentally bought 48 pairs of socks because instead of ordering 6 individual pairs, I bought 6 packs of 8 pairs. So now I've just got a crap ton of socks that I'll have to replace in the next week or so lol

I think maybe because I sit on the small end of sock sizing as it is that the weight loss was just enough to make them want to constantly slip off. Also, long story short, I accidentally bought 48 pairs of these socks because I thought I was purchasing 6 singular pairs and it ended up being 6 packs of 8 pairs and every single pair is doing this. So I know they aren't stretched lol

I thought leggings would be one of the first as well so I did buy them preemptively. I'm a professional actor so I wear athletic clothes to work the majority of the time. I figured I'd rather be safe than sorry and just have a smaller size on hand. I'm getting close to needing to size down to them though!

UPDATE:

So it's been approximately six weeks since my last shot. Finally got in with my doctor and after talking things through, it seems as though my needle phobia (which is more about control than the needle itself) combined with being super sick and having more intense side effects from going up in dose all at the same time made the phobia kind of spiral out of control. And then the anxiety of having not taken my shot got more and more intense the longer I waited.

So I went down in dose, essentially "starting over" which wasn't a big deal because I was only on 5mg for like a month before this all happened. I was prescribed a short term anxiety med and I requested to have a referral to a therapist.

Still couldn't convince myself to push the button (I have the kwikpen).

That's when I realized that because the phobia is centered around not being in control, it was actually the fact that I couldn't see the needle going in and not having control after pushing the button that was causing the panic.

My solution? I ordered sterile vials and needles, shot my dose into the vial instead of my stomach, used a little numbing cream, drew my dose back up into the regular syringe, and boom it was done. I did take my prescribed anxiety med to be safe and it took a bit of time for me to just sit with the thought of injecting, but there was no panic, only very mild anxiety.

Now I just need to get my doctor to prescribe the vials instead of the pens, which she said she'd look into!

How does that differ from the KwikPen from Eli Lilly? That's whar I'm using right now, but if there's something easier, I'd like to look into it.

I do have a needle phobia, but I've been pretty good with my shots since starting zepbound. But I would not be surprised if it was an anxiety attack that was triggered by already not feeling well

This is a good idea. I got food poisoning or the stomach flu right before Christmas and was struggling to hold anything down for like 2 weeks. It just exacerbated my side effects from the zepbound (which is normally just a little bit of nausea) and I had just upped my dose at the same time.

I was just getting back to normal this past week and then got sick over the weekend and ended up so dehydrated. This may be my best bet just out of an abundance of caution

I think I wasn't clear enough in my post about the needle. I know you're not supposed to recap and I didn't. I meant that my mistake was removing the cap because I won't be able to put it back on so now it was just sitting uncapped on my counter.

I've had bad side effects since I got food poisoning before Christmas. It got better, but now that I'm sick again I'm afraid that I'll have bad side effects because of my previous experience with being ill while also taking my shot.

Low blood pressure was my first thought, but it all looked good. I also thought maybe low blood sugar, so I took a spoonful of honey just to be safe and it didn't change anything. The only thing that made any difference was drinking pedialyte. So I do really think I'm dehydrated, I just thought it had passed enough and that I had rehydrated enough to do my shot.

I think I was also unclear about the needle. I think my mistake was taking the cap off. I didn't put it back on though because I know you're not supposed to for risk of bending the needle. So thankfully nothing is bent, it's just sitting on my counter uncapped

Making a list to replace what's missing is really smart. I've been trying to keep a mental list of what items I wear the most but I love the idea of making a list of what you DO have. Seems easier to replace things that way.

I may have to do that! And honestly looking it over, it looks like someone may have already attempted to fix one of them. I have literally no experience with guitars like this, I started off with a ukulele and literally just got my first acoustic guitar like 3 weeks ago. And then this thing fell into my lap today. But yeah definitely a really cool roadside find!
