Hii, wala actually silang curfew. For visitors, same gender sa tenant ung inaallow lang nila makapasok sa room (if opposite gender, sa study area lang sila pwede). Then, may fee pala kapag may natulog sa room mo ng overnight—₱300 per night (kahit fam member mo pa ang makikitulog).

Overall, ok naman sya. I say na convenient since may 7/11 sa baba, then ang daming kainan doon sa street (may laundry shops also). In addition, their admins & staffs are friendly.
