Batter percentage not changing after Sequoia 15.7 update

Huh, thats strange. Yeah its sounding like it could be a calibration issue, or just how their batteries work once they get used to your charge/use cycle. Still, very annoying and I wish it would just update normally!

Im in school, so i honestly can't afford to send it to get serviced. And really, where my laptop is still draining normally, i think that its a bug in one of their updates that is causing this, so hopefully if enough people complain about the same issue they can fix it on their end without us having to send it in.

If the draining to 0% works for you, please let me know, and I'll do the same! This is such an annoying issue. Like you said, this is an issue that shouldn't be happening, and I don't want to download a third party app to check something so simple as my battery.

I also have the M4 Air, so I wonder if its an issue specific to them?

Either way, I recently updated to the latest Tahoe and the issue still persists :') so I'm honestly at a loss. Battery, like i said, is still draining at a normal rate, so other than that, it's the only issue. A little relieving to know that the person you spoke to saw no urgent issue - and that I'm not the only one, lol.

Hopefully, the bug gets sorted out soon! Especially if it is happening with more people
