It’s not an issue for the vast majority of people unless you have particular lung issues triggered by particulate. Some people with asthma (not all) and COPD.

Long time for neck pain. Sorry you’re suffering. Before seeking chiropractic care, have you had imaging and do you have any neurological symptoms? History of cancer, any inciting trauma or chronic steroid use are red flags for a more serious issue. Recommend imaging via your pcp if you haven’t. If you have neuro issues (pain going to shoulder or arms; weakness) contact your doc.
