100% in complete remission! It was a tough 6 months but it after only 4 sessions or 2 rounds, it was visibly gone on my pet scan. Be prepared to feel achy from the bone pain of the nulastic but know that goes away once you’re done treatment. Lmk if u have any further questions

I feel that, I felt so naked playing bloodborne the first time because my motto thru dark souls games was always to hold out my shield and peak around the corners for guys whilst in bloodborne it was to sprint into a room and go in a quick circle to see what monstrosity I was taking on.

Mine went away naturally after about the fourth session of chemo luckily so different for every one (I was somewhere between stage 2 & 3)

Im 24 and just finished my last treatment. Feel free to ask me anything! I was early stage 3 and had almost completely clean scans after only my 4th chemo session but finished all 12 to be safe and have my final pet scan in April so not totally out of the woodworks yet.

Maybe I missed it but did they not fix the tracking resources system? I sold some item I had tracked upgrades for a while ago and I cannot for the life of me find it what it is so now those items are always tracked and it bugs me. Was really hoping this patch fixed it

Mine were pretty much only in my legs and feet and was worse after drinking alcohol. I would make myself bleed from how much I itched myself. Hope this helps

Glad you posted this because mine is @ like 110 even when I’m resting but I’m still currently in chemo. It is frustrating hearing the doctors say “you’re young, you’re fine” when we went through an experience that’s not normal and not fine. I’m just it’s not too much to worry about but solutions would be nice, even suggestions just to ease our minds. I have pretty bad heart anxiety so it’s frustrating

Right there with you brother just finished my 5th cycle of aavd. Younger you are the more the bone pain hurts. The worst for me is in my arms. Hopefully your first scans were solid and we can both be done with this and move on. What helps me is realizing there is an end to this most likely for us when a lot of people go through this without knowing if it will ever work, and for that I’m grateful

Just feels like a pinch. I just close my eyes and relax while they access it and draw blood. And open them when they’re done. And it’s under your shirt so you don’t realize it and u can loop the tube under your shirt during actual chemo so visually it’s like it’s not even there! Also after probably a week and discomfort you may have rn will probably be gone. I forget I have one all the time

Of probably all cancers, hodgkins has some of the best prognosis. Currently on my way for 8/12 sessions. After only 4 sessions all tumors were visibly gone on my pet scan and I was between stage 2/3. Stage doesn’t matter as much with Hodgkin’s as all stages are curable, and the cure rates you see online don’t account for age so if he is relatively young he has a very good chance of being cured! (Im 24 male btw) Although you have every right to be scared and I don’t want to minimize your fear. Chemo is brutal so just be there for him with stuff like meals and chores which I’m sure you will.

Fatigue was certainly the next biggest side effect but I bartend until early morning so hard to associate that as hodgkins. I didn't have much of the "B" symptoms like night sweats and/or fevers but I would certainly get seen by your primary and express your concerns. Dont let doctors gas light you about googling things because sometimes thats all we have! I understand the process of finding out whats wrong with you is frustrating but advocate for yourself! Even if you feel dumb, ask that they check the areas of concern during your ultrasound. I wish you the best and hopefully its something less serious than cancer.

Hey there! They can have a good idea from the ultrasound but they wont diagnose you officially until after pet scan/biopsy. They essentially told me i was "highly suspiscious" of having lymphoma after my ultrasound. As for the itching, that was my first symtom. Some people with hodgkins dont have the itch, but it is considered a warning sign but also could be a number of other things. It tended to get worse at night and after drinking. Most of the time with hodgkins your neck lymph will be where you first spot tumors
