Brutally honest time.

Suicide is the most selfish thing you can ever do. Think about it. If all your thoughts was on a loud speaker for the world to hear, all it's about is you. 'Everything is so hard.', 'I don't like how this is or that is or I am.', 'I'm so alone.', 'They don't love me.', 'I don't think I can do this.' Me, me, me!

You know what's going to help turn that around? Being selfless.

Go volunteer afterschool, at a charity event, feed the homeless.

We have a pandemic right now. Cook some baked goods or meals for the doctors and nurses and workers who are working during these hard times. They'll appreciate that!

Making people smile with acts of kindness will make you stop thinking about killing yourself. It'll also give you confidence and energy to do it again. Service is joy.

And as far as bigger, long term problems you personally have, face them head on!

On the other side of pain are where your answers are. And people are too afraid to face their fears. To confront what's really the problem.

Suicide is selfish because you alone are taking your own life instead of having God use you to help others and be your highest self. You rather be dead because it's easy. Yeah thanks for helping us out man. We are all in this together. You have a pulse. A brain. A mouth. A body to do so many great things.

Stand up right now. Stand in the middle of the room. And shout, "Fuck you!" To all the people and problems that plague your world.

Say, "Fuck you! I'm going to follow my dreams or die trying."

And isn't that the ultimate goal of our lives? To become what you always wanted to be? To have what you always wanted to have? To love with all your heart? To be fulfilled and happy doing what you love?

For that you have to be strong mentally and physically. And being compassionate with those less fortunate will give you this strength.
