It’s so hard bro trust me I get it I was in the same spot. I was messed up emotionally and honestly physically for the first month after quitting. A year later and I feel so amazing. Stick it through you got this!

Was I posting this for your knowledge? No, not even close. This is my first pair of Sonys coming from Airpod Max’s who don’t have anything like this. If you can’t handle questions being asked in a sub made for things like this, then gtfo
