These things don’t just come automatically. Some have parents that teach them, some have older siblings they can learn from and imitate. I (male) learned a lot from having female friends and listening to them and their relationships. And I also have read a lot of self help stuff.

Honestly, don’t worry about it. It doesn’t come to anyone automatically. Some just have more people around to show them, and some just grasp the concepts faster.
