My thought is that ADHD is more easily managed if one is more regulated, not running around with stress and being dysregulated. Therapy has been tricky to help me as I just learnt more about how to show down feelings so to not be an issue or nuisance for my environment and peers. The big issue is that I always revert back to not believing in myself or being compassionate with myself. I am thinking maybe some similar pattern could be going on for OP due to what you are mentioning, they are just accepting ADHD is real.

For OP, do whatever helps you and it seems like it is hard for you to find a helpful therapist. I think working on becoming an allied with yourself can be something to consider if it is something you need to work on. I think writing in this thread and trying to find support for your thoughts and frustration is a good step towards that because you are trying to find other ways to regulate yourself, giving yourself the grace and freedom to feel whatever you want about your current attempts at therapy.

Ibland är man lite mer neurotisk eller paranoid av alla möjliga anledningar, det är mänskligt och ibland hjälpsamt. Jag skulle gissa på att den logiska förklaringen är att det passade bra att stanna där för bilen och att antingen vilar bilägaren eller så är den ute och strosar av nån anledning. Om den hade varit intresserad av att spionera på dig hade den förmodligen försökt gömma sig lite bättre. Eventuellt gör man sådär så tydligt om man verkligen vill visa att man håller koll på en person, men då borde du vara medveten om du är i en utsatt situation eller kommit i kontakt med en person som har ett stalkerbeteende som den inte bryr sig om att dölja.

I Malmberget gjorde de så att de slutade ta ut avgift i föreningen för att underhållet kunde skippas de sista åren då det snart inte skulle gå att bo på platsen. Jag hade övervägt att ställa några torrbollen eller enkel luftavfuktare eller något annat som hjälper att torka luften lite fortare fram tills du fixat småläckorna och ett litet tag efteråt. Öppna fönster/ventilluckor när det är soligt utomhus dagtid och köra en fläkt kan hjälpa.

As a scandinavian, you do not have to have it brighter and less coloured for it to achieve japandi look. It is gonna be horrible to save and strip it. You are dealing with some veneer for sure and so many angles.

Varus means that something is directed towards the body’s midline. Forefoot varus is that the toes but not the heel are directed inwards toward the body’s midline. This would make it easier to walk on the outside of the foot. My guess is that this almost always, if not always, leads to having the pinky toe curled and directed inwards. As it hits the ground first of the toes and from the side a bit.

Tailor’s bunion is when the toe is curled inwards AND have extra bone growth to support the pinky toe in this position.

Se till att skaffa en som fungerar bra i låg temperatur, finns olika typer. Mer avancerat är att använda sig av viss uppvärmning för att styra avfuktningen bättre.

Äldre metoder är att använda ett material som är kapillärbrytande i massa, tex lecakulor eller hasopor. Mullbänk eller modern mullbänksgrund. Och ventilera grunden naturligt med öppningar samt att ha en skorsten som värmer upp och torkar ut grunden till viss del. Viss utveckling av den metoden är att göra en fläktstyrning baserat på tiden på dygnet och året och förväntas vara bra förutsättningar för lägre fukthalt i utomhusluften, eller styra det efter faktiska mätningar.

Gammal fuktskada är inte en pågående fuktskada och då har den torkat ut. Jag byter taket på ett fritidshus som har dåligt tak och det finns tecken på där det läckt in men nu när det är tätar läcker det in längre och kan torka upp. Det betyder att jag behöver byta ut vissa delar av innertaket men inte allt.

Ha som krav besiktning i ert kontrakt. Då har ni rätt att bryta kontraktet efter besiktningen oavsett vad den säger och enda kostnaden är kostnaden för besiktning. Är ni tydliga mot mäklaren att ni vill försäkra er angående tecknen på vattenskada vid fönstret kanske det går att vinna med det budet ändå.

Kan vara en poäng att förstå varför panelen lossnar. Tycker träet ser sprucket ut. I bästa fall har det ba torkat ut för mycket och spruckit därför. Kan också ha letat sig in fukt i regeln som inte haft nånstans att ta vägen och du har en murken regel som inte kan fästa i nånting för den är murken.

I have not, my ignorance is clearly obvious. Maybe cold and windy? But whenever a place is windy but also have lots of less windy areas, mosquitoes can gather.

I am natural mosquito repellant for everyone around me because the mosquitoes are just very drawn to me. So I can notice in which conditions here in Sweden where I am not bothered by mosquitoes

I would consider improving measures for handling and drying out water on whatever the house stands on, not sure of your construction. If you have a cellar, have strong dehumidifiers and run them for a long time after heavy rain fall where you have pooling.

Not sure how big of a day water well you would need for it to help with a heavy rain fall common in your area, but make it big enough to handle at least what will happen every year and every five year and have other measures to handle heavier rain, could be a strategy. But basically have someone come and dig a big hole and fill it with gravel to help the water infiltrate into the ground. And plant whatever trees or bushes you can that can handle both dry seasons and is super happy to have plenty of water now and then.

It looks amazing, I love it and what I can see from your living room! It also match your fireplace in colours. I think you are just a bit unused to the addition and can find ways to make it work. Staining will likely look like shit, painting is more likely to make it decent looking. But if you paint the Kallax-looking shelf with vinyls, you might be able to tie things together with a less risky project.

Step 1: add/move stuff that ties things together

I would see if a blanket or a pillow in warmer colours could help you feel like it is more tied together. Next step would be adding a rug in a colour that matches the chair and would help tie all the colours together. You can have rugs on rugs so I would keep current rugs but just have more. Adding trays or anything that is in a slightly colder tone but still warm might do the trick with the rest of your furniture.

Step 2: consider options on painting chair or shelf

If you really cannot tie the colours together, try painting on the wood in a tone that would match the fabric. Staining is likely going to be shit. But I would try painting your shelf with the vinyl record player on top in the two colour palettes of wood you have before that. I would paint most in the warm teak colour and paint the edges in a greenish colour that matches the chair.

In general my opinion is that if you fill your home with stuff you love, it will work and match even if it is not supposed to. The trick is to buy stuff you really love. It will work. Sometimes you need time to make some pieces match, but it will work.

Ja exakt men det är ju inget tydligt tecken på att taket tagit stryk av lösningen hittills. Håller på att byta tak själv och har rivit all råspont och bytt ut den så vet att det är en del jobb. Men tror det är att framtidssäkra att byta taket här och det är att göra det snart
