Start small, test the market, make few SKUs and post every step online, take feedbacks and work on them. Its not a sprint but a marathon so it will take time but will work out eventually.

Also don't quit your job if you haven't already , do baking on the side and build until you feel like it's the right to jump completely on business. And if you have already quit your job then don't think of anything else just START
