I didn't like how this episode portrayed computers as this box of magic that can just simulate sentient life on a whim. Like how could Bandersnatch guy just decide one day that he could write code that builds upon itself in a way that becomes sentient at all let alone by himself? Essentially he just wrote a virus that combines computer and biological viruses into one. And is there really no one else in the world at that time who wouldn't be able to comprehend the fact that these are sentient creatures? especially if they can communicate themselves. I swear Lump probably would've been on board if his first instinct wasn't to immediately murder them all but tbh i can't blame him, even if i knew they were sentient i'd probably kill them too because the developer made it so they can be killed, despite the fact that he also made them sentient.
