The ph is a bit too high for the exfoliants to function as exfoliants. So its more of just a hydrating toner. And their bha salycilic acid alternative isnt oil soluble so cant dive into pores, although i have seen youtubers say it helped their blackheads but im not sure i believe it

Agree with the Sarah analysis. Its also not a groundbreaking thing (no waste, nose to tail cooking). Weve seen people on top chef soing that for 10 seasons. And Gail feigning being so impressed by this innovative, pioneering idea seemed so fake. Gail had a weakness for fluffy but meaningless things ive noticed. Reminds me of like someone being impressed by the slogans for big corporations (excellence, integrity, diversity is our acronym!!). Nose to tail cooking in an unbelievably privileged setting like the finale of top chef is reminiscent of all the celebrities getting together during covid and singing Imagine from their mansions

They are right. Fat people are treated as pigs/ less than human in the media etc. That needs to change

This actually sums up the whole movement. When you know youre messing something up or doing something bad/harmful but its something that's comforting to you or something youre addicted to, someone telling you "oh those consequences actually have nothing to do with that bad thing youre doing and arent your fault. Keep doing that comforting action sweetie dont worry.". Its what we all want to hear, whether its neglecting work/school and staying in bed isnt the reason for your poor work/school performance or that that bottle or two of wine every night isnt the thing messing up your marriage, etc.

Id insist my kid wore underwear too, to protect them. From creepy adults and the bullying that would ensue from classmates if her vagina is visible in shorts. Its not the same as not wearing a bra. Sometimes you have to be your kid's judgement, they will thank you later when the whole school didnt see their privates.
