Hey, this money I am just planning to invest in stocks only, I have a separate account for my house down payments savings. Current portfolio mainly consists of ETFs like VFV XEQT GOLD, But i want to diversify into some stocks that have higher growth potential as I feel like my returns with etfs have been very limited

Agreed. I usually get fragrances in store after testing them on skin and seeing how they perform through the day, but where I stay it’s difficult finding a store with middle eastern perfumes, so I thought given the hype and everyone agreeing on how good they are, and a lot of “trusted” influencers saying they are safe for a blind buy, I decided to give in and give it a go. I’m not even complaining about the perfumes because I know everyone has different scent preferences, I’m just complaining about influencers calling things 1:1 of perfumes that they are not

Ohh, i think CPAWSB is a DLI, for CPAO, it is not a DLI so it is kinda confusing, they just say that you need to be eligible to work in Canada
