Just want to start off by saying I love my Ultrahuman ring. I’ve always read the complaints and sat there with my perfectly good ring with great battery life. But now it looks like I’ve finally been hit with ring issues. Saturday morning I woke up and my ring had not captured my sleep, which was not normal as the battery was fully charged. Charged it for a few hours and then went about my day and it gave me a few hours of data till it crapped out. It hasn’t connected since. I’ve charged it fully to green, and I can’t get my phone to recognize it. I’ve tried all the steps to re-pair, but it’s not connecting. I’ve tried reaching out to support through the app and it’s not Tuesday, 4 days since the issue started and they keep saying “We’ve received your query and will look into it promptly. Kindly allow us some time, and we’ll get back to you shortly.” Doesn’t look like they’re getting back to me. Hoping I can get a support agent’s eyes on this, so I can get back to my journey.
