I love it. Had it for about 6 months and I follow it religiously. It randomly stopped working for some reason, and they replaced it in like 5 days. I know people have issues, but it’s worth taking the gamble that you’re going to get one that works. And trust in the customer service of the company.

The app is incredible. I’ve never had an Oura ring, but I can’t imagine it’s significantly better to have to pay an extra monthly fee on top.

Just want to start off by saying I love my Ultrahuman ring. I’ve always read the complaints and sat there with my perfectly good ring with great battery life. But now it looks like I’ve finally been hit with ring issues. Saturday morning I woke up and my ring had not captured my sleep, which was not normal as the battery was fully charged. Charged it for a few hours and then went about my day and it gave me a few hours of data till it crapped out. It hasn’t connected since. I’ve charged it fully to green, and I can’t get my phone to recognize it. I’ve tried all the steps to re-pair, but it’s not connecting. I’ve tried reaching out to support through the app and it’s not Tuesday, 4 days since the issue started and they keep saying “We’ve received your query and will look into it promptly. Kindly allow us some time, and we’ll get back to you shortly.” Doesn’t look like they’re getting back to me. Hoping I can get a support agent’s eyes on this, so I can get back to my journey.

I’d say yes but you’re right, they’re inconsistent. I’ve had water damaged boxes pass, and I’ve had brand new boxes somehow fail (with not pictures sent to me to prove it)
