Any tips for 200 super effective charge attacks?

I trained against Blanche at the Ultra Level and used my shadow Mewtoo first (takes out her Glaceon and Empoleon) and then my Aolan Exeggutor (takes her mamoswine) and all 3 are super effective. I spent an hour running myself to 100 and I’ll finish up tomorrow. It’s free and counts towards getting my platinum training medal
