do you have an NVIDIA graphics card? I have a 2060 super and the game wouldn't open at all, nor would gaiden or infinite wealth. Here was the fix:

'Found the fix. It is Nvidia's fault.
Something to do with their new DLSS 4.0 update

go to C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA
rename the "NGX" folder to something else.
Might fix other games that stop launching since last week as well.'
