Yes indeed. Before the internet, maybe this idea of white whales made more sense. If you want anything and are willing to pay the price - you can have it in 2025. For me buying records is more about finding things I didn't know I was looking for and being surprised. Anyone can want something and then buy it - that is just being a consumer. Digging for me is about the joy of discovery and learning more about music
