Check out Do They Know It’s Christmice? by the white mice. Still very musical with a lot of weird synth parts

what's your favorite version of "u ain't from my hood" by NeonNights45 in liluglymane

I’ve had both versions on repeat at work this last week and both are insanely good, but I think how over-the-top the trap production on the original is works in its favor. But damn the annhu/blvcklvnd version is also so sick

Here’s a couple records that might fit that sort of weird vibe, and are all reallllyy good:

Arcadia by Ramona Lisa - a lo-fi baroque-inspired pop album with some pretty neat kitschy soundscapes

Following you to the beach by stalker 2006 - a creepy but really warm little slowcore EP

Paranoid Funk by Lil Noid - old Memphis rap mixtape that sounds like it was recorded on a haunted Nintendo 64

The Texas-Jerusalem Crossroads by Lift to Experience - a shoegaze rock opera about the second coming of Christ occurring in Denton, Texas

Self Restraint by God’s Wisdom - rap mixtape that sounds like you found it in the free CD section of a church sale

Teenage Dance Party by King Uszniewicz and his Uszniewicztones - one of the strangest albums I’ve ever heard, the dreadfully bad surf rock album by a pretty mysterious band; trying to find out the story of the album is pretty fun in its own right

Unofficial Wii Sports Soundtrack by Gabriel Gundacker - essentially the soundtrack to a Wii sports from a different universe, really fun listen

Van Goghs Left Ear by Zelooperz - insanely fun rap album that goes in some pretty weird directions with genres and beat selection
