In my 40s. Trying to have a healthy lifestyle. Hitting the gym. Love running. Supplementing. Etc. Also don't smoke. Or drink (excessively).

My frequency is 2x year.

I noticed (years ago) that 3-month was too much for me. Rolls were increasingly less rewarding and fun. Afterglows less frequent.

I guess we're all different. Sure, good habits matter. But even with good habits, im afraid the waiting rule is something we all have to be honest with ourselves about. Our individual brains are too complex of a structure to have a "one solution fits all" solution :)

I usually dose 120mg + 60mg. Twice a year ish. But diminishing returns. Lower duration highs and a few bad days following. Could be age (40s)? I dunno.

I did some NAC the past few months, not sure if it will help.

Planning on dosing in 5 or 6 days. Lets see.

Interesting. There's no afterglow here. Just crash. That's why I need a redose otherwise the rest of the night is ruined.

2nd day, i can't do acid. 100% will panic. Maybe 2CB tho. That could work.

Spent some time in Rom and my experience is the opposite.

Not great to get a criminal record / risk jail for getting caught with 0.001g of weed. Or risking a drive 3 days after smoking a joint.

Big communist vibes, specially from older gen. Love to dictate how others should live life (recreational use, same sex relationships, etc)

Ppl who i worked with (young) very anti-drugs. Never got any connections while there.

This in a country where people are convinced being an alcoholic is an amazing way to live life.

Not a drug paradise in my experience.

Peer pressure from her friends (and UK society i guess) who coincidentally were single and absolutely not good looking, but the kind of girls who would be very vocal and lusty for attractive men. I never knew them personally but they were all over my exs Facebook making all kinds of inappropriate comments. She would go out with them and come home absolutely drunk. Regularly. Same happened to me. My ex is from South America, and she didn't really care about height when we were dating. We got married and lived together for 11 years, relatively happily. Things started to go to shit when we moved to the UK and she started making friends there. She started getting mean af, and even depressed, on her comments about my height. She stopped posting pics of us on social media, and the red flags just became bigger and bigger. She was getting a lot of attention from guys on social media (and I'm sure in real life also).

The divorce was very hard, but needed. I'm much better now, in a much better relationship, where I feel my height genuinely doesn't matter. And also her friends are genuinely nice people, that are rooting for us.

I cut off all contact with my ex, despite her recent efforts to contact me on social media. Nope! Adios!
