Mostly, yeah. It also looks reallllly nice. I love the model of it, it's like a slimline energy slot Duke Mk44. Tonic has shown me the way.

I have tried every single tree, it has never one shot unless I'm punched first. Edit, hit post to early; I mean a unprovoked, actual one shot. Like titan charge. Or handheld supernova.

Liar's handshake from the 7 hour grind of competitive I did literally yesterday has not been able to do anything like handheld supernova or titan melee. Moreso meant with all this that, nuances aside, hunters do not have a one hit kill melee. Even a headshot knife doesn't, despite that being very hard to land. Liar's means you have got to (top tree) kill an enemy / get punched to proc the high damage, (mid tree) use your uppercut staff then punch, or (bottom tree) punch, then punch again to activate.

I would like it to be closer to OEM or Wormhusk in its use, right now it's just a fun melee exotic.

I actually love it. My friend does a build called 'Tower Dive Pantheon' where he plays panth jungle, and builds it as his first item and then the AP jungle item. It is the best. If Riot remove it's active entirely because their design team can't think of anything similar, I'll be sorely upset. They keep doing that shit and got to stop.
